Recipes for the Cuisinart Icecream Maker

Cuisinart ICE-50BCA Ice Cream Maker
As promised, here is my basic recipe for the Cuisinart Icecream Maker. Each flavour I create is a variation from this original base recipe.
Ingredients
- 2 cups thickened cream
- 1 cup full fat milk
- 2/3 cup pure icing sugar
Method
- Using an electric beater, mix the milk and icing sugar in a bowl.
- Once sugar as disolved, add your cream and whip until very thick.
- Pour mixture into Cuisinart Icecream Maker.
- Turn timer to 40 minutes.
- Allow Icecream to do its magic.
- Icecream maker will switch off when timer has finished or when icecream is thick enough (whatever comes first).
- Serve immediately or store in an airproof container and freeze.

TIPS
- Please note when adding alcohol, you will need to set the timer to 60 minutes.
- Alcoholic Icecream will not freeze solid and will keep its soft texture when stored in the freezer.
- When adding non-alcoholic liquid to the mixture, you will need to set the timer to 50 minutes.
- Non-Alocoholic icecream will freeze solid in the freezer, so it is best served immediately from the Icecream Maker.
