Sweet and acidic, these luscious babies are perfect as a simple side dish.
- 1 Punnet of baby Roma tomatoes – halved (at room temp)
- Sea Salt
- Freshly Ground Pepper
- Glug Extra virgin olive oil (nothing too grassy)
- Glug Balsmaic Vinegar (3 leaf)
- Handful torn basil
Mix all ingredients in a bowl and leave to marinate for 10 minutes.
Serve at room temperature.
