- 5 small (or 3 large) ripe avocados
- Tobasco Sauce
- Small handful fresh chopped coriander
- Lime juice
- salt and pepper
Mix all ingredients in food processor.
Adjust tobasco, lime and salt n pepper to taste.
Store in refrigerator until ready to use.
Delicious served with corn chips and/or vegetable sticks.
