This little beauty is a great way to make your dish a little gourmet.
Ingredients
6 Kipfler Potatoes
100ml Duck Fat
Sea Salt Flakes
Par-boil potatoes unpeeled and whole in a large pan of salted water.
Drain potatoes and slice thickly on the diagonal.
Heat a heavy-based frying pan with duck fat and a heavy pinch of sea salt.
Saute potatoes in fat, turning frequently, until crunchy.
Sprinkle with Sea Salt and keep warm in oven until ready to use.
