Aioli:
Ingredients
1 Cup of Homemade Mayonnaise
2 Garlic Cloves
1 Teaspoon Worcestershire Sauce
Tabasco Sauce to taste
Method
Place unpeeled garlic cloves on a dry, hot pan.
Cook until skin starts to change colour.
Remember to flip cloves regularly to ensure even cooking.
Peel cloves, crush and place in a small bowl.
Add remaining ingredients, stir, taste and adjust tabasco to suit personal taste.
Place in a ramekin for serving.
